Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Relocation Coordinator to join a client in Fort Worth. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The position is 100% onsite.

The Relocation Coordinator will support both domestic and international employee relocations. This role is responsible for coordinating relocation logistics, managing external vendors, and ensuring employees experience a smooth, well-organized transition that aligns with company policies and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional, with a strong customer-service mindset and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the relocation process.
  • Coordinate end-to-end relocation activities, including planning, execution, and post-arrival support.
  • Arrange relocation-related travel and services, such as flights, temporary housing, car rentals, and ground transportation.
  • Partner with relocation vendors, moving companies, housing providers, and travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate relocation timelines, benefits, and expectations clearly and professionally to employees and stakeholders.
  • Track relocation expenses, review and validate vendor invoices, and ensure alignment with approved relocation packages.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and status reports for all active and completed relocations.
  • Ensure all relocations comply with Wistron policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR partners and cross-functional teams to support employee transitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in employee relocation, HR operations, mobility services, or a related coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-service-oriented approach with a focus on delivering a positive employee experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR, travel, or relocation management systems.
  • Ability to maintain a professional, polished appearance appropriate for a corporate environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting global or cross-border employee relocations.
  • Familiarity with corporate relocation programs and third-party relocation vendors.
  • Mandarin (Chinese) language proficiency is a plus, particularly for supporting international employees and stakeholders.
  • Experience with relocation expense tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
